Development Sprint is led by Todd Orr.

Twenty years in software, the last decade as SVP of Engineering at Context Labs, where he joined a twelve-person company and scaled engineering from five people to a fifty-plus multi-disciplinary organization owning a $10M+ budget. He designed and hands-on built the platform that became the company's core commercial offering, ran the engineering operating model — OKRs, KPIs, SDLC governance, SOC2 readiness — and reported engineering strategy at the board level.

He also ran the org's AI assessment and rollout program, and moved PR throughput from 1.7 to 4.2 per developer per week with a 12% improvement in lead time for changes inside two quarters.

Before that: Principal Architect at Citizens Bank, leading the consumer online banking platform's move off the monolith and installing the group's first modern engineering practice.
